Millard 28' Large Family 8 Berth Caravan & Aluminium Annex, Located at Denison County Caravan Park Mulwala (Yarrawonga)
Must be removed from site due to park renovations after Tornado.
Only damage sustained was broken windows (fixed by us) and front verandah which will also be removed by us.
In good condition - Original Owner, Annex has shower, toilet, and vanity. recently laid floating floor, Reverse Cycle Inverter Air Conditioner (system will need cleaning)
Caravan has 2 separate Bedrooms. One containing double bed with large wardrobe space, and other with 2x bunks. Large meals area, table can be lowered for another bed, kitchen with full oven, Good size all fridge. (washer and Fridge in annex not included).
Caravan has been under carport out of weather for long period and tow bar has not been cut off like many.
We will be removing carport so annex can be dismantled and van removed easily.
Great family van and we are sad to have to remove and sell.
